Return window
You can request to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your item.
After your return request is accepted, you should send the item back within 14 days using the return instructions provided by our support team.
Non-faulty returns
For non-faulty returns, including size not suitable, change of mind or item not as expected, the buyer is responsible for return postage.
The item should be returned in a condition that allows us to inspect it. Please return the item with its original packaging where possible.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If we confirm that the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will cover the reasonable return or replacement cost and offer an appropriate solution, such as a refund or replacement where available.
How to start a return
To start a return, please contact us with:
- your order number;
- the item you want to return;
- the reason for return;
- photos, if the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Please do not send your item back before receiving return instructions from us.
Return address
Returns must be sent to the return address provided by our support team.
Please do not send returns to our registered company address unless we specifically instruct you to do so.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Partial refund
In some cases, our support team may offer an optional partial refund if you prefer to keep the item instead of returning it.
This is optional and does not replace your rights under this Returns Policy.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges as part of our standard returns process.
If you need a different size, please return the item under this Returns Policy and place a new order if the size you need is available.
